益气复脉(冻干)治疗缺血性舒张性心力衰竭的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的应用负荷超声心动图技术提高注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗缺血性舒张性心衰疗效的评价作用。方法 52例冠心病心肌缺血导致的舒张性心衰患者(左室射血分数LVEF>50%),在常规西药治疗的基础上加用注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗,应用负荷超声心动图评价其治疗效果。结果中西医联合治疗后,超声心动图指标LVEF、E/A、E/e’等改善,患者临床症状好转,心功能有所提高。结论用负荷试验检测能提高缺血性舒张性心衰的诊断率,可以有效地预测药物的治疗反应。Objective To evaluate the effect of stress echocardiography used to improve the curative effect of yiqi fumai for injection （lyophilized） in the treatment of ischemic diastolic heart failure. Methods 52 patients with diastolic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia （LVEF〉50%） were given yiqi fumai for injection （lyophilized） on the basis of regular Western medicine.Its curative effect was assessed via the application of stress echocardiography.Results After the integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine, indices of echocardiography such as LVEF,E/A and E/e＇ improved.Patients＇ clinical symptoms alleviated,accompanied by an improvement of heart functions.Conclusion The assessment by the stress test helps improve diagnostic rate of ischemic diastolic heart failure,and effectively predict the therapeutic response of the medicine.
