成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎骨折采用双钢板治疗的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的：对成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎骨折采用双钢板治疗的临床价值进行分析与观察。方法资料选自2007年3月～2013年6月在本院骨科住院治疗的成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎骨折患者17例，根据患者具体情况采用双钢板治疗，治疗后所有患者随访7～15个月，根据X线片的检查结果与Cassebaum肘关节评分标准对临床效果进行准确评估。结果治疗有效率为100%；Cassebaum肘关节评分优良率为82.4%。结论针对成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎骨折患者采用双钢板治疗，其抗疲劳功效以及固定强度较其他的固定措施有明显的优越性，对于防止肘关节粘连，促使患者早期活动均有显著价值，同时还可使肘关节基本功能得以恢复，值得各大医疗机构临床推广使用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of double plates treating complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus of adults. Methods17 adult cases with complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus treated in our hospital from March 2007 to June 2013 were selected and treated with double plates. The patients were followed up for 7-15 months after treatment.The clinical effect was accurately evaluated according to the examination results of X-ray and scoring standard of Cassebaum elbow joint.Results The effective rate was 100%,and the excellent rate of Cassebaum elbow joint score was 82.4%.ConclusionDouble plates treating complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus of adults not only has evident advantages for anti-fatigue effect and fixation strength compared with other fixation measures,but also has evident value for preventing from adhesion of elbow joint and promoting early activity of patients.And it can make the basic functions of elbow joint recover,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
