预警管理在肿瘤病人静脉治疗中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨预警管理在肿瘤病人静脉治疗中的应用,减少肿瘤病人静脉治疗的风险。[方法]通过成立预警管理小组,分析评估科室静脉治疗中的风险,制定防范措施,并落实在病人的静脉治疗中。[结果]2013年与2 012年相比,病人静脉炎发生率从0.56%下降到0.35%,导管相关性并发症从15.8%下降到7.9%(P<0.05),病人满意度从96.44%提高到97.89%(P<0.05)。[结论]开展预警管理可以提高护士的防范意识,减少对病人的伤害,提高护理安全及护理质量。Objective:To probe into the application of warning management in intravenous therapy of cancer patients,so as to reduce the risk of intravenous therapy of cancer patients.Methods:through form warning management group and to analyze and evaluate the risk of intravenous therapy in department,make the preventive measures and implement it in patients' intravenous therapy.Results:Between 2013 year and 2014 year the incidence of phlebitis in patients declined from 0.56%to 0.35%,incidence of catheter-related complications declined from 15.8%to 7.9%(P<0.05),patients' satisfaction was improved from 96.44%to 97.89%(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out warning management can improve the prevention awareness of nurses,reduce the patients' harm and enhance nursing safety and nursing quality.
