团体怀旧心理护理对减轻住院老年病人抑郁症状的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察团体怀旧心理护理对减轻住院老年病人抑郁症状的效果。[方法]将120例老年抑郁症病人随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组由责任护士实施常规心理护理,观察组按照团体怀旧心理护理方案由接受过心理咨询师培训的护士实施心理护理。采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)中文版分别在干预前、干预6周末进行评定,采用住院病人满意度调查表在病人出院时进行满意度调查。[结果]两组病人在抑郁症状改善、情感平衡能力评分及住院满意度方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]团体怀旧心理护理可减轻住院老年病人抑郁症状。Obj ective：To observe the effect of group nostalgia mental nurs-ing for releasing depression symptoms in old inpatients.Methods：A total of 120 old depression patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The routine psychological care was im-plemented by the responsible nurses in control group,the patients in obser-vation group received psychological care implemented by counselors trained nurses accordance with group nostalgia program.The Geriatric Depression Scale（GDS）Chinese version was used for assessment respectively before the intervention and at the end of 6 weeks of intervention,and patient satis-faction survey was used for patients＇satisfaction survey at the time the pa-tients were discharged.Results：There was statistically significant difference in improvement of depression symptoms,Experiment outcome show that data gained from these two groups yield a results with statistical signifi-cance in depression remission,emotion balance increase and hospital service satisfaction（with P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The group nostalgia mental nurs-ing can release the depression symptoms in old inpatients.
