浙北地区过敏性疾病患者过敏原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:明确浙北地区过敏性疾病患者的过敏原种类。方法:采用免疫印迹法,对该地区1809例过敏性疾病患者的血清进行吸入性过敏原和食人性过敏原检测。结果:浙北地区吸入性过敏原和食入性过敏原阳性率分别为87.7%和46.2%。结论:浙北地区以吸人性过敏原为主。Objective： To determine the allergens among the patients with allergic diseases in north areas of Zhejiang. Methods： The serum levels of inhaled allergens and food allergens of 1809 patients with allergic diseases were detected by Western blotting. Results： The positivity rates of inhalation allerges and food allerg-es were 87.7% and 46.2%, respectively. Conclusion： The main allergens were inhalation allergens.in north areas of Zhejiang.
