摘　　要：目的:探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted center catheter,PICC)术前评估表在提高PICC护理质量中的应用效果。方法:对照组155例采用个人主观经验进行术前评估;观察组171例按照设计的PICC术前评估表进行书面、逐项评估,确定是否置管、置管方式、置管部位,比较两组患者1次穿刺成功、非计划拔管、静脉炎、导管异位、血栓等发生率。结果:两组患者1次穿刺成功、非计划拔管、静脉炎、导管异位、血栓发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用PICC术前评估表进行评估可提高穿刺成功率,降低术后并发症,保证PICC导管安全有效留置。Objective：To investigate the effect of pre-PICC（ peripherally inserted center catheter） evaluation scale in improving the PICC nursing quality. Methods：Routine assessment in the control group was implemented through 155cases based on subjective experi-ence,while in the observation group written and successive terms of assessment,according to pre-PICC evaluation scale,was carried out in 171 cases to determine whether the tube indwelling,indwelling method,and location will be done or not. The once-puncture success-ful rate,unexpected decannulation rate,phlebitis,catheter ectopia,and thrombus were compared between the two groups. Results：Obvi-ous difference （P 〈 0. 05） was observed in once-puncture successful rate,unexpected decannulation rate,phlebitis,catheter ectopia, and thrombus. Conclusion：The application of pre-PICC evaluation scale can effectively increase the puncture successful rate,cut down the complications,and ensure PICC catheter indwelt safely.
