正常妊娠与妊娠高血压患者血清尿酸水平的变化

摘　　要：目的观察正常妊娠妇女与妊娠高血压疾病(HDIP)妇女血清尿酸水平的变化情况。方法正常妊娠妇女150例均分为妊娠早期(A组)、中期(B组)和晚期(C组)三组。150例HDIP妇女均分为妊娠晚期高血压(D)组、轻(E组)、重度子痫前期组(F组)。比较各组之间的血清尿酸差异。结果 A、B、C、D、E和F组分别为(212.12±52.21)μmol/L、(213.86±67.72)μmol/L、(307.80±75.65)μmol/L、(306.19±80.11)μmol/L、(350.94±94.50)μmol/L和(425.08±90.84)μmol/L。C组血尿酸水平高于A、B组(P<0.05)。F组血尿酸水平高于C、D、E组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠晚期孕妇应当检测其血清尿酸水平,有利于评估HDIP的病情和预后。Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of uric acid in normal pregnancy and pregnant women with hypertension.Methods Serum levels of uric acid were examined in 150 women with normal pregnancy,who were equally divided into three groups of A（pregnancy in early stage）,B（pregnancy in middle stage）and C（pregnancy in late stage）.Serum levels of uric acid were examined in 50 pregnant women with hypertension（group D）,50 pregnant women with slight preeclampsia（group E）and 50 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia（group F）.Serum levels of uric acid were compared among 6groups.Results Serum levels of uric acid in groups of A,B,C,D,E and F were（212.12±52.21）μmol/L,（213.86±67.72）μmol/L,（307.80±75.65）μmol/L,（306.19±80.11）μmol/L,（350.94±94.50）μmol/L and（425.08±90.84）μmol/L,respectively,which were higher in group C than those in groups of A and B（P〈0.05）,and were higher in group F than those in groups of C,D and E（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of uric acid should be examined in pregnant women in late stage,which is valuable in evaluating the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension and prognosis.
