摘  要:某油田使用的?88.9×6.45mm规格90SS油管在上井服务期间发生管体断裂事故。采用体视显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和能谱分析等对油管断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,断裂失效油管化学成分、硬度、夹杂物含量均满足产品标准要求;抗硫油管在服役或储存过程中受到CO2环境的腐蚀,油管外壁形成大量局部腐蚀点蚀坑,降低了油管有效承载能力,使油管在H2S腐蚀环境下应力集中而受到较大的载荷,导致油管产生H2S应力腐蚀开裂,产生脆性断裂。φ88.9×6.45mm 90SS tubing was fractured during an oil well operating. The fracture mechanism of tubing was studied with stereoscopic microscope (SM), optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that chemical composition, hardness and inclusions content of fractured tubing met the requirements of OCTG products standards. A lot of pitting holes on the outer wall indicated severe local corrosion. Pitting corrosion occurred to tubing product under CO2 environment in service or during storage. Pitting holes reduced the load bearing capacity of sulfur resistant tubing. It caused stress concentration of sulfur resistant tubing in hydrogen sulfide environment that increased the probability of hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSC).
