预应力混凝土衬砌在引水隧洞工程中的应用

摘　　要：吉林省某引水隧洞工程局部较差围岩段采用钻爆法开挖,钻爆段衬砌混凝土采用无粘结预应力混凝土衬砌。文中主要介绍了隧洞无粘结预应力混凝土施工程序,钢筋、钢铰线、锚具槽模板的制作与安装,穿行式钢模台车安拆,混凝土施工及钢绞线张拉等。The drilling and blasting method to excavate a tunnel section with worse surrounding rock in a water diversion tunnel projet in the Jilin Province was adopted, and the unadhesive prestressed concrete lining was used in the tunnel section excavated by drilling and blasting method. The paper mainly introduces the construction process of this concrete lining, the manufacturing and installing of the reinforcement, steel twisted rope and the form of anchor cell, the installing ＆ disassembling of passing steel form carriage, the concrete construction and tensioning the steel twisted rope.
