摘　　要：从公共政策的内涵和我国物流公共政策的需求出发,通过分析物流公共福利函数和物流公共政策的经济效应,对我国物流公共政策提出相应的建议措施,物流公共政策体系在构建政策目标、主体关系、利益博弈机制、选择机制和工具体系的过程中都必须体现公共性原则。In this paper, we analyzed the public welfare function and economic benefit of the public logistics policies of China, proposed the corresponding suggestions for the making of the public logistics policies of China and argued that the principle of publicity should be upheld in all processes of the public logistics policy system.
