摘　　要：从系统的角度,对基于委托代理理论的物流运作流程进行分析和研究,针对委托代理中委托方和代理方双方的收益进行协调以控制物流质量风险,并借助纳什均衡理论分析双方的最优战略,以便使物流服务商和电子商务企业在合作中能达到双赢的结果,从系统角度将物流服务质量风险控制在一定范围内。In this paper, we analyzed the processes of the logistics operation on the basis of the principal-agent theory, then in order to control the quality of the logistics operations, coordinated the benefit of the principal and agent in the processes and studied the optimal strategies of the two through Nash equilibrium theory.
