摘　　要：针对电网设备资产管理可靠性、经济性、环保性方面的要求,提出了基于闭环供应链的集约化管理体系,阐述了管理体系的目标、主体、任务和支撑技术,构建了基于闭环供应链的电网设备资产管理流程,从信息的集成、LCC决策机制、采购机制、设备状态评估机制、退役处理机制等方面提出了电网设备资产集约化管理的策略。In this paper, in view of the requirement of the management of power grid equipment assets in term of reliability, economy and environmental friendliness, we proposed the integrated management system of the assets based on closed-loop supply chain, established the management process of the power grid equipment assets, and at the end, from several aspects, proposed the integrated management strategy for them.
