摘 要:以PAE单元体系为基础,引入海藻酸钠(SA)做阴离子助剂,比较了不同黏度SA与PAE协同作用对纸张的干湿抗张强度的影响,及PAE/SA二元体系最佳配比和最佳用量进行了研究。并通过扫描电镜SEM与电位滴定的研究对PAE/SA协同作用对纸张干湿抗张强度的影响做了充分说明。研究结果表明,与PAE协同作用的SA最佳黏度在350 mPa·S附近,在此黏度下,PAE/SA协同作用的最佳配比为PAE:SA=3:2,此时纸张的湿抗张指数达到了43.3 N·m/g,较空白纸页和单独加入0.75%的PAE所抄造纸页分别提高了43.3倍和2.5倍。In this paper sodium alginate (SA) was used together with a cationic polylelectrolyte, poly (amideamine) epichlorohydrin (PAE) to enhance the wet and dry strength of paper. The effects of adding PAE - SA binary system in this study were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the electric potential of the pulp with adding PAE/SA to stuff ( beating degree 40°SR ), which form the anti - water film on the surface of paper fi- bers which could increase paper tensile strength.. The result showed that the best viscosity of SA adsorption with PAE was near 350 mPa·S. What' s more, it was ascertained that the optimal mass ratio of PAE to SA was 3:2. Under these circumstances, the wet tensile index of the PAE - SA papers was 43.3 N · m/g, which was 43.3 times greater than that of the papers without addition and 2.5 times greater than that of the PAE papers.
