摘  要:为了保证大吨位T形刚构桥转体过程中不发生倾覆,针对转动体系的构造,分析了转体过程中可能发生的失稳形式特征,对球铰接触面上的压应力分布形态进行了估计,利用半空间体边界作用集中力理论,推导出球铰接触面上竖向压应力公式,继而求出失稳的临界力矩求解公式,并最终确定临界力矩的近似公式。研究结果表明:运用基于接触面竖向压力的失稳临界力矩公式对稳定性验算更为合理、准确,且所提出的近似公式具有足够的工程精度。In order to guarantee that overturning will not happen in the swivel process of large tonnage T-rigid frame bridge, according to the structure of rotation system, instability features during the swivel process were analyzed. The stress distribution form on the surface of ball joint was estimated. Based on the theory of concentration effect on half-space boundary, the vertical stress equation of ball joint contact surface was deduced, then the critical moment numerical formula was deduced. The approximate critical moment formula was determined. The results show that it is more reasonable and accurate for stability checking with instability critical moment formula based on vertical stress on contact surface, and the proposed approximate formula has sufficient engineering accuracy.
