摘　　要：开发设计用于实验室或研究所等场所的智能化学试剂管理柜的新型机电一体化产品,改变以往化学试剂人工搜寻的方式。构建了化学试剂存储柜的三类存储单元,分别用于存放剧毒贵金属、特殊化学试剂和一般化学试剂。由PC机+单片机搭建主从式控制系统,利用VC++和Access,编写化学试剂管理应用程序。主要实现试剂自动查找、使用量汇总报表和基于物联网的余量短信报警等功能。实现了化学试剂存储计量装置与计算机信息管理系统的集成,可使装置自动化、管理信息化、数据可视化和计量精确化。An intelligent chemical reagent storage system was developed of new-style mechatronic systems which could replace seeking chemical reagents manually. Three kinds of standard storage cabinets for chemical reagents were constructed including cabinets for toxic reagents and precious metal, special reagents and common reagents. A master-slave control system was comprised of PC and SCM（Personal computer＋Single Chip Microcomputer）. Application software was programmed by VC＋＋ and Access to accomplish reagent retrieve, usage summary reports and sulplus warning by short massage based on internet of things. The integration of chemical reagent storage device with management information system was realized which could change artificial search before and make the storage device automation, management informatization, data visualization and measurement precision.
