摘 要:推进式桨叶参考数据少而陈旧,由此得到的外轮廓形貌欠佳。研究以桨叶宽度系数值为基础,利用Matlab对推进式桨叶的复杂外形进行分析和优化。用高次多项式代替样条插值,拟合得到光滑的曲线,并进行误差分析,发现拟合的7阶多项式曲线的精度优于其他拟合曲线。将优化后的桨叶外形数据保存为Pro/E可识别文件,导入Pro/E进行参数化建模,并对桨叶曲面进行高斯曲率分析,表明所建曲面很光顺。为搅拌器的下一步数值仿真分析奠定基础,并为复杂曲面的优化和参数化建模提供一种高效的方法。Reference data of propeller blades are little and outdated, so the outer profile shape is poor. In this study, based on the width coefficient of the blade, Matlab is used for analysis and optimization of the blade complex shape. High-ordered polynomial fitting replaces spine interpolation to get a smoother profile curve. Accoring to the error analysis, the 7-order polynomial curve is better. Optimized blade outer contour data are saved as the file type Pro/E that can identify. The file is imported into Pro/E to achieve parametric modeling. Ganssian curvature analysis is carried out on the blade surface, which indicates that the building surface is very smooth. It lays a foundation for numerical simulation analysis of the stirrer in the next step. An efficient way is provided for optimization and parametric modeling of complex curved surfaces.
