摘　　要：针对虚拟装配系统中装配信息数据的集成和虚拟装配系统中各个模块之间信息交互技术中存在的问题,提出了一种基于XML Schema技术表达装配信息的装配数据模型,介绍了XML Schema技术特性,并且描述了这种装配信息数据模型的结构框架及其特点。最后基于XML Schema技术,利用UG/Open API二次开发工具以及VS2010/MFC软件开发工具联合开发了一个煤矿机械虚拟装配系统,通过行星齿轮结构装配部件在该煤矿机械虚拟装配系统中应用的实例,验证了该技术的良好特性及其可行性。Against the problem of the assembly data integration and assembly information interaction between modules in virtual assembly system, it presents a model of assembly information based on XML Schema, introducing the characteristics of XML Schema technology, and describing the Structural frame and characteristics of this data model. Finally, to prove the excellent characteristics and feasibility of this technology, an example about the application of a planetary gear structure in the virtual assembly system of colliery machinery which created by the UG/Open API tool and VS2010/MFC based on XML Schema technology verified the good properties of this technology and its feasibility.
