摘  要:跨座式单轨车辆的特殊结构使单轨车辆曲线运行中走行轮磨损严重。从单轨车辆动力特性角度,建立了具有三向附着接触对的跨座式单轨列车空间耦合动力学模型,动力学模型仿真结果与实车相关测试数据具有较好的一致性。基于建立的耦合动力学模型,分析了车辆在曲线通过时,单轨车辆悬架参数、结构参数对单轨车辆走行轮胎磨损的间接影响,探索了单轨车辆悬架、结构参数对轮胎磨损的影响趋势,以单轨车辆曲线通过时,走行轮所受侧偏力为目标函数,对单轨车辆悬架参数、转向架结构参数进行优化,优化结果表明:单轨车辆中央悬挂参数对于侧偏力数值影响较小,但通过悬挂参数优化能有效缩短车辆曲线响应时间,转向架走行轮定距参数对侧偏力的影响较大。The special structure of the monorail vehicle makes the vehicle running wheel wear seriously in curve driving. From the monorail vehicle dynamic characteristic view, the monorail train spatial coupling dynamics model with three direction to attach was established. The simulation result of the dynamics model was consistent to the real vehicle test data. Based on the established coupling dynamics model, when the monorail vehicle run on curve, the trend of tire wear affected by monorail suspension and structure parameters was discovered on curve. The running wheel lateral force as the objective function, the monorail suspension and structure parameters was optimized. Optimization result shows : the suspension parameters of the monorail hare little effect on the running wheel lateral force, but optimized vehicle suspension parameters could effectively shorten the response time on curve, and the structure parameters about running wheelbase parameter has greater impact on cornering force of the running wheel.
