摘 要:介绍了超高压灭菌设备的工作原理及工作过程,对该设备的液压系统进行了简单的介绍,对推动堵头移动的两液压缸的液压系统进行了AMESim仿真分析,发现两液压缸的同步度比较低,对超高压容器的密封性有一定的影响;又对加有同步阀的液压同步控制系统进行了AMESim仿真分析,发现两液压缸的同步度有所提高,没有再发生堵头与卡口发生碰撞的现象、活塞杆发生抖动卡死等现象,说明原设备的工作性能也有所提高,对该设备液压系统的改进有一定的参考意义。It introduces the working principle and working process of the ultrahigh pressure sterilization equipment, and the hydraulic system of this equipment has carried on the simple introduction. The two hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system to promote plug moving is carried on the AMESim simulation analysis, finding the synchronization degree is low and has a certain influence of ultrahigh pressure vessel's leakproofness. And then the hydraulic system added by synchronous valve is carried on the AMESim simulation analysis, and found the synchronization degree is higher, no collision between plug and bayonet occurs again and no phenomenon such as jitter stuck piston rod occers again. It can improve the working performance of the original equipment, and it has certain reference significance to the improvement of the hydraulic system of the equipment.
