摘 要:运用EON Studio研究了汽车离合器盖总成检测试验台的装配仿真系统。利用Solidworks软件创建汽车离合器盖总成检测试验台的三维实体模型。在对虚拟装配序列研究的基础上,对不同的装配方案作研究并选择并行装配方案。以Place节点记录零部件的位置和方向信息,实现汽车离合器盖总成检测试验台的人机交互,并在运动过程中通过Collision节点对零部件进行碰撞检测。以Visual Basic为集成工具进行系统界面设计,实现汽车离合器盖总成检测试验台各模块的集成,最终完成了汽车离合器盖总成检测试验装配仿真系统的研究。Research on the assembly simulation system of automobile clutch cover assembly test bench was used the EON Studio. 3D model of automobile clutch cover assembly test bench was established by the software of Solidworks. On the basis of the research of virtual assembly sequence, the different assembly was researched so that selected the parallel assembly program for. The information of position and orientation of components with Place node was recorded, and the humau- computer interaction of clutch cover assembly test bench could be used, and parts were detected whether they occured collision by collision node in the process of running. The system interface was designed by the integration tool of Visual Basic, and the integration of each module in clutch cover assembly test bench was implemented. Finally, the research of automobile clutch cover assembly test bench assembly simulation system was completed.
