摘  要:机械制造业是我国能源消耗和二氧化碳排放的重要源头。以齿轮加工为例分析了典型机械产品机械制造工艺流程,指出制造过程全过程包括能源制造阶段、辅助材料制造阶段,原材料制造阶段,产品制造阶段,将机加工工艺能耗分为直接能耗及间接能耗两大类,直接能耗指用于实现零件的切削加工能耗,间接能耗指物料能耗,是指在生产原材料及辅助物料的过程中产生的能耗,并建立了相应的估算模型。结合两个案例分析说明了将工艺能耗引入作为工艺规划又一目标,对加工方法及加工顺序选择的影响。The machining manufacturing is the major source of Chinese energy consumption and CO2 emission. According to the analysis of the gear part machining process, it determines the martufacturing process includes energy production stage, auxiliary material production stage, raw material production stage and products production stage, and divides the energy consumption into two groups: direct energy consumption, indirect carbon emission. Based on the characteristics of machining process, the indirect energy consumption is defined as material energy, and then the energy consumption evaluation model is molded. Taking two work pieces as examples, the main influence of energy consumption for process operation selection and ordering in the process planning is discussed.
