摘　　要：目前我国没有警察调解民事纠纷的法律制度,警察调解民事纠纷问题也很少有学者探讨。探讨警察调解民事纠纷对于未来构建警察化解民事纠纷制度具有重要的意义。我们不仅从法学理论上进行了论证,还设计了问卷进行实证调查分析来论证警察调解民事纠纷的优越性,以期未来能够建立起警察化解民事纠纷的法律制度。There are no legal system of police settling civil disputes at present.There are no researching in this area.Researching this problem is very important about building legal system of police settling civil disputes.We demonstrate it in legal theory and we design a questionnaire so that we can proof our theory.
