摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成,是新时期法制建设的代表性和标志性成果,其构建的历史起点就是中共十一届三中全会。具体表现为:对"文化大革命"的反思是中国特色社会主义法律体系构建的逻辑肇始,落实中共十一届三中全会的战略部署是中国特色社会主义法律体系构建的现实起点,改革开放是中国特色社会主义法律体系构建的动力源头。The formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics is the representative and symbolic achievement of the construction of legal system in the new period, with the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the Party as the starting point.In more specific terms, the reflection on the Culture Revolution is the logical beginning of the construction of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics; the implementation of the strategic deployment of the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the Party is the realistic starting point of the construction; while reform and opening up is the drive source of the construction of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
