摘 要:本文选取了五所不同类型高校的教师群体为研究样本,以实证研究的方法厘清高校教师教学积极性的现状,梳理和甄判高校教师教学积极性的影响因素,分析影响高校教师教学积极性的成因,并采取SPSS13.0 for Windows统计软件对数据进行定量分析,力求科学准确。在此基础上将从社会层面回归正确评价机制,学校转变办学理念、完善相关制度,教师个人提高自身素质等方面对提高教师教学积极性提出相应对策。Teachers'group from five colleges and universities of different types are chosen as study samples in order to clarify the status quo of the colleges and universities teachers’ enthusiasm,comb and decide the factors which affect it, and analyze the reasons. To be scientific and accurate, empirical study is employed in this study with the use of SPSS 13.0 FOR Windows. Based on which, countermeasures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teaching are proposed from the perspectives of shifting the evaluation mechanism from social aspect to the right one, universities and colleges changing their ideas of running, perfecting the related system, teachers improving their own quality respectively, etc.
