摘  要:采用反渗透工艺处理原水会产生约25%的浓缩水。在反渗透浓水中盐类及有机物含量较高,因此常发生污染。如果处理不当,会使反渗透系统发生严重的污染堵塞,不仅可以使膜的性能下降,还会缩短其使用寿命。介绍了中石化沧州分公司浓水反渗透系统运行情况,分析了影响系统运行周期的原因及影响因素,并提出解决建议。Adopting reverse osmosis process to treat raw water produces about 25% of condensed water.Reverse osmosis condensed water has concentrated salts and the content of organic matter is high,so contamination often occurs. If not handled properly,serious pollution clogging will occur in a reverse osmosissystem. Not only the performance of the film can be decreased,but also the service life of the film can be shortened. This article introduces the operation of condensed water reverse osmosis system in Sinopec Cangzhou Company. It also analyzes the causes that affect the operation cycle of the system and the influencing factors. Then the article proposes solutions.
