摘 要:对某天然气装置管道系统进行定量RBI技术应用,确定管道的风险等级,辨别隐患管道,结果表明:约10%的压力管道占据了整个管道系统94%的总风险。分析装置中主要潜在的损伤机理,并在此基础上制定适宜的检验策略,合理分配有限的检验资源,降低装置的运行风险,既满足企业的需要,又可以为国内类似装置的安全稳定长周期运行提供参考。Quantitative RBI technology was applied to the pipeline system of a natural gas unit in this paper to determine the risk level of each pipeline and identify the pipelines with hidden trouble. The results show that about 10% pipelines occupies 94% of the risks of the whole pipeline system. Then,this paper analyzes the main potential damage mechanism of the unit. Based on this,the paper lays down an appropriate inspection strategy to allocate the limited inspection resources reasonably so as to reduce the operating risks of the unit.This not only meets the needs of the enterprises,but also provides reference for the safe and stable operation of the similar domestic units with a long period.
