摘　　要：目的：观察ACEA-1021自身镇痛及对吗啡镇痛的影响。方法小鼠醋酸扭体模型和55℃热板法测痛阈。结果在小鼠醋酸扭体模型中，ACEA-1021具有镇痛作用；在小鼠55℃热板实验中，ACEA-1021有一定的镇痛作用，但没有剂量依赖性；尚不能说明ACEA-1021能够增强吗啡镇痛。结论ACEA-1021有一定的镇痛作用，尚不肯定对吗啡镇痛有增强作用。To study the effects of ACEA - 1021 on morphine phamlacolocal actions,such as analgesia, and make sure if ACEA - 1021 has potential of treating morphine tolerance and dependence. METHODS： Morphine analgesia was, deternined in acetic acid writhing and 55℃ hot plate test. 55℃ hot plate test was used for detemlining morphine analgesia. The intragast e admirtlstI, ation l＇e men ofputresclne was 10,20,40 and 80 mg·kg - 1. RESULTS： In mouse acetic acid writhing model,ACEA - 1021 produced analgesia. In hot plate test,ACEA - 1021 produce analgesia weakly, but could not potentiate morphine analgesia. CONCLUSION ： ACEA - 1021 has similar biological activities to agraatine. It suggests that ACEA - 1021 has has weak analgesic effect.
