口服小剂量缓释茶碱片治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效

摘　　要：目的：对口服小剂量缓释茶碱片治疗稳定器慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法：此次临床研究主要以我院在2011年1月份到2012年1月份收治的70例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，采用随机分配的原则，将所有患者分成对照组和实验组，每个组别各35例，对照组患者采用安慰剂，实验组患者采用小剂量缓释茶碱片进行治疗，对两组患者临床效果进行观察和比较。结果：经临床研究结果显示，经治疗后，实验组患者的肺功能情况改善程度明显大于对照组，生活质量优于对照组，急性发作次数明显少于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：经临床研究结果表明，采用口服小剂量缓释茶碱片对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行治疗，效果显著，值得推广和普及。objective： stabilizer on oral small doses of low - dose theopbylline treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, clinical effect is analyzed and discussed. Methods： the clinical study mainly in our hospital in January 2011 to January 2012 were analyzed in 70 eases of stability of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients as the research object, based on the principle of random distribution, all the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 35 cases in the control group were treated by placebo, the experimental group were treated by small doses of slow - release theophylline treatment, clinical effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results： clinical research results show that after treatment, the degree of lung function in patients with the treatment group improved significantly greater than the control group, the quality of life is better than that of control group, the number of acute significantly less than the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P 〈 O. 05 ）. Con- clusion ： the clinical research results show that using small doses of oral slow - release theophyltine tablets in stabilization treatment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obvious effect, worthy of promotion and popularization.
