摘　　要：Apelin是一种通过APJ受体起作用的新型肽。目前Apelin—APJ在心血管系统中的作用受到广泛关注。最初的研究表明Apelin—APJ具有扩张血管及正性肌力的作用，随着研究的深入，发现Apelin在心衰，高血压及一心肌缺血等疾病昀发生发展过程中可能起着一定的作用，提示Apelin可能是一种内源性的心血管保护物质．Apelin is a novel peptide that acts through the APJ receptor. Great attention has been focused on the effects of Apelin on cardiovascular system in recent years. Extensive previous work has demonstrated that Apclin produces positive inotropie actions in the heartas well as endothelium - dependent vasodilator actions in vivo. More and more proof has been shewed that Apelin played a role in the pathogenesis of heart failure,hypertension and atherosclerosis, Apelin may be an endogenous cardiovascular protective substance.
