摘　　要：采用美国Wonderware公司的InTouch、Information Server等软件作为开发工具,完成了对火电厂各班组人员、各机组生产小指标的在线实时考核评分功能。通过绩效考核的方式,充分调动了员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,实现了对电厂生产管理模式的优化,提高了企业的整体运营效率。By using American Wonderware＆#39;s sofewares such as InTouch , Information Service etc.as development tools, online real-time assessment scoring function for each shift members , per-unit operation performance re-sults in a thermal -power plant has been completed .Through performance assessment , the staff＆#39;s enthusiasm , initiative and creativity have been fully mobilized so as to realize optimization to the power plant＆#39;s production management modes and improve overall operation efficiency of the enterprise .
