摘 要:以北京市平原造林常见的8种观叶树种为试验材料,测定不同低温胁迫下叶片相对电导率及伤害率,并通过Logistic方程估算出各树种叶片半致死温度,据此对被测树种的抗寒性进行初步评价。结果表明:不同树种叶片相对电导率及伤害率均随着处理温度的降低而升高,且二者趋势一致;通过不同树种抗寒性的聚类分析,可将8个检测树种分为4类。综合测定结果显示,各树种抗寒性顺序为:栾树>元宝枫>金焰绣线菊>珍珠梅>黄栌>红宝石海棠>金叶榆>紫叶小檗。Leaves of 8 species of common foliage trees in the plain afforestation in Beijing were collected as test materials, and the trends of relative conductivity and leaf injury rate were determined at a series of low temperature. The semi-lethal temperature (LT50) for the leaves of different tree species was determined through the Logistic equation constructed based on the relationship between relative conductivity and temperature. The cold-resistance was then evaluated preliminarily by LT50. The results showed that the relative conductivity and the leaf injury rate of different tree species increased with the decrease in temperature, and the responses showed the same trend. Based on the results of cluster analysis, the 8 species of sampling trees are divided into 4 classes, and the order of cold-resistance of 8 species was determined as Koelreuteriapaniculata〉Acer truncaturn〉Spiraea xbumalda〉Sorbaria sorbifolia〉Cotinus coggygria〉Malus micromalus〉Ulmus pumila〉Berberis thunbergii by comprehensive evaluation.
