摘 要:研究了SiC粉体表面预处理和含量对α-SiCp/Cu复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,α-SiCp/Cu复合材料磨损量与外力作用成正比关系,但是随着磨损时间的进行,摩擦磨损量相对减小。当SiC在0~30%时,SiCp/Cu复合材料的耐磨性与SiC含量成正比关系,并且SiC的含量在30%左右是制备α-SiCp/Cu复合材料较为合适的配比。TThe effect of the surface pretreatment of SiC powder and the SiC content on the friction and wear performances of the a-SiCp/Cu composite was investigated. The results show that wear mass of the composite is proportional to external force. But the wear mass is relative low with the further increase of wear time. The wear resistance of the composite is proportional to SiC content linearly when the content of SiC is in the scale of 0-30%. And SiC content of 30% is relative proper in preparing α-SiCp/Cu composite.
