摘 要:研究了电磁分离工艺下铝合金熔体中初生相的迁移行为,并探讨了变质剂Mn对富铁相显微形貌的影响。结果表明,随着施加磁场时间的延长,富铁相逐渐向四周迁移至表层。在Mn/Fe的摩尔比为1.5时,针状的富铁相变成了块状或球状,迁移阻力减小,电磁净化的效率比变质前大幅度提高。The migration behavior of primary phase in aluminum alloy melt was studied by electromagnetic separation process, and the effect of the inoculant Mn on the microstructures of the iron-rich phase was discussed. The results show that the iron-phase migrates to surface layer from periphery with the increase of the applied magnetic field time. The needlelike iron-rich phase becomes bulk-like or spherical, and migration resistance decreases when the molar ratio of Mn/Fe is 1.5, resulting in the great improvement of electromagnetic separation efficiency compared with that before modification.
