摘  要:基于ProCAST软件,对A356铝合金铸件的充型、凝固过程及微观组织的演变进行模拟预测,以建立合理的铸造工艺参数,提高模拟的准确度与可靠性,进而指导产品的工业化生产。实验结果表明:充型、凝固及微观组织的模拟结果均与实验结果相吻合。利用ProCAST的CAFE模块,通过建立合理的体形核密度及过冷度可以实现对A356铝合金细化前后的晶粒度预测。The filling and solidification process and the microstructure evolution of A356 alloy were simulated based on ProCAST software, the accuracy and reliability of simulation were improved by establishing reasonable casing technology parameters, and then guiding the industrial production of the product. The results show that the simulation results were highly agreed with the experimental results. The grain size of A356 alloy before and after refining can be predicted by establishment the reasonable shape nuclear density and supercooling degree using CAFE module of ProCAST software.
