摘 要:分析小方坯表面裂纹缺陷的产生原因及对铸坯质量的影响,确定表面裂纹缺陷质量评判函数。根据各工艺参数对表面裂纹影响程度的大小,分配评判函数中的权重值。采用了一种动态权重的分配方法以适应不同的工况要求。以生产厂小方坯实际生产数据为样本,收集连铸工艺参数,并进行对比验证。小方坯表面裂纹缺陷在线质量预报显示,模型判定结果与生产实际检测结果相符,预报的准确率超过预期目标值,达到了预报和分析连铸坯质量的目的。The quality evaluation function of billet surface crack was confirmed through analyzing the causes of billet surface crack defects and its effect on the quality. The weighted value in the evaluation function was distributed according to the incidence of technology parameters on surface crack. The dynamic weightiness distribution plan was adopted to adapt different operating conditions, Taking practical production data of billet as sample, the continuous casting technology parameters were collected and the comparison validation was conducted. The results show that the model evaluation results agree with the actual testing results and the predicted accuracy rate exceeds the expected target value, which achieve the purpose of forecast and analysis the continuous casting billet quality.
