摘 要:以ZG310-570为基体、高碳铬铁粉末为铸渗剂,采用铸渗工艺并结合Al热反应制备了钢基表面铸渗复合材料,研究了浇注温度、预制块放置位置、粘结剂等因素对铸渗层形成的影响。结果表明,钢水浇注温度为1 650℃时,预制块与钢水完全反应渗透,实现了预制块与基体间的冶金结合,增强相为M7C3、Cr7C、Al2O3等;预制块以半嵌入式置于型腔内壁时,易制备出金属基铸渗复合层;预制块中不加粘结剂所得铸渗复合层品质最好。Using carbon steel (0.45%C) as matrix, and high carbon ferrochrome as castmtlltration agent, the steelbased surface composites were fabricated by conventional castinfiltration process com bined with the thermite reaction. Influences of various processing parameters such as pouring tempera ture, the placement location, the content of aluminum and the binder on formation of castinfiltration layers were investigated. The results show that the interfacial bonding belongs to metallurgical fusion between castinfiltration layer and the matrix, and the castinfiltration composites mainly consist of M7C3 , CrTCa, A1203, when the pouring temperature is 1 650 ℃. The highquality castinfiltration com posite layer can be prepared with the preforms embedded in the lower part of the mold wall. The desira ble surface quality of castinfiltration layer can be obtained without any binder.
