摘　　要：以V12铝缸体铸件为对象,开展了小批量生产的铸造工艺开发,解决了复杂砂芯手工制作、大型砂芯间定位结构及浇冒口设计等技术及操作难题,开发的铸造工艺适合小批量生产V12铝缸体铸件。The casting process for small batches of V12 aluminum engine block was developed. The technical problems and operation challenges including handmade complex geometry sand core, position structure for big size sand core, gate and riser design, and so on, were solved successfully. The developed process is suitable for themanufacturing V12 aluminum engine block.
