摘　　要：银屑病是临床常见病,其发病机制与微生物关系密切,近年来研究发现马拉色菌在银屑病的发生发展过程中起了十分重要的作用。文中主要就临床观察、抗真菌治疗和免疫学研究3个方面对马拉色菌(Malassezia)在银屑病发展过程中的作用进行综述。Psoriasis is a common disease, its pathogenesis is closely related with microorganism. Recent studies found that Malassezia spp. played an important role in the development and progression of psoriasis. In this article, we review the relationship between psoriasis and Malassezia spp. from the aspects of clinical observation, therapeutics and immunological studies.
