透视触发3D CE MRA与DSA在颈部动脉狭窄诊断中的比较研究

摘  要:目的通过与DSA对照,探讨透视触发3DCE MRA在颈部动脉狭窄诊断中应用价值。方法回顾性分析60例经DSA确诊的颈部动脉狭窄患者的3DCE MRA影像资料,以血管狭窄部位、数目及程度等作为分析指标,由两位放射科医师进行比较分析。结果 60例患者中3DCE MRA共发现狭窄血管126处,其中轻度49处,中度41处,重度29处,闭塞7处。DSA诊断相应部位血管狭窄124处,其中轻度狭窄49处、中度狭窄40处、重度狭窄29处、闭塞6处;3DCE MRA与DSA对颈部动脉狭窄的诊断结果的一致性较好。结论透视触发3DCE MRA能够清晰显示颈部动脉狭窄性病变情况,具有广泛的临床应用价值,可基本替代诊断性DSA。Objective To explore application of the fluoroscopically triggered 3D CE MRA in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis by comparison with the DSA. Methods The 3D CE MRA imaging materials of 60 patients of carotid artery stenosis diagnosed by DSA were analyzed retrospectively by two radiologists. Results Of the 60 cases, 126 places of stenosis were assessed by 3D CE MRA, of which 49 branch were mild stenosis, 41 were moderate stenosis, 29 were severe stenosis, 7 were occlusion. 124 places of stenosis were assessed by DSA, of which 49 were mild stenosis, 40 were moderate stenosis, 29 were severe stenosis, 6 were occlusion. 3D CE MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis result in good agreement. Conclusion 3D CE MRA can display clearly carotid artery stenosis, which has good prospect of clinical aoolication and can basically replace diagnostic DSA.
