摘  要:目的探讨MSCT引导经皮肺穿刺活检低剂量扫描技术的应用。方法收集56例有适应症的患者,随机分为常规剂量组(CDG)28例;低剂量组(LDG)28例。在16排螺旋CT引导下行经皮肺穿刺活检。结果穿刺成功率100%。正确率96.4%,病理证实恶性肿瘤49例;良性病变5例;假阴性2例。低剂量组患者比常规剂量组患者受X线辐射剂量大幅下降,仅为常规剂量组的25%~30%。结论低剂量扫描技术不影响MSCT引导经皮肺穿刺活检术,并大幅度降低患者的辐射剂量,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application low dose scanning technology of MSCT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy in clinic. Methods 56 patients with indications were randomly divided into two groups, i. e. , the conventional dose group (CDG) and low dose group (LDG), with 28 cases in each group. The percutaneous lung puncture biopsy was performed under the guidance of 16 row spiral CT. Results The success rate for puncture was 100% and the correct rate was 96.4%. Pathological examination confirmed that there were 49 cases of malignant tumor, 2 cases of benign tumor, and 2 cases of false negative lesion. The X-ray radiation dose of patients in Low dose group was considerably decreased than that in patients in the conventional dose group, accounting for 25%~30% of doses in normal group. Conclusion Low dose scanning technique does not affect the MSCT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy and greatly reduces the radiation dose, thereby being worth popularizing in clinic.
