摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化是造成心脑血管疾病的重要因素之一,斑块的稳定性直接影响其临床表现与预后转归。本文主要总结粥样斑块的超声特征,并对近年来超声新技术在评价斑块稳定性上的进展及前景做一综述。Atherosclerosis is one of the important factors that leads to cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and the stability of atherosclerotic plaque directly decide the clinical manifestation and prognosis. This paper summarizes the ultrasonic characteristics of atherosclerotic plaques,and reviews the progress and prospects of new ultrasonic technologies in evaluating the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
