异维A酸联合泼尼松治疗毛囊黏蛋白病1例

摘　　要：患者男,65岁。双面颊部红斑4年,加重1年。皮损组织病理示:毛囊黏蛋白病。皮疹曾用多种外用及口服药物治疗不能缓解。联合应用异维A酸40mg/d及泼尼松20mg/d口服,2周后皮疹明显好转。随访1年皮疹无反复。A 65-year-old male presented with a 4-year history of erythematous on the both cheek and aggravated 1 year. I-listopathological examination showed follicular mucinosis. The skin lesions cannot relieve after topical and oral treatment. In this report, we describe a patient with follicular mucinosis who was treated with oral isotretinoin 40rag and prcdnisone 20rag daily, and significant remission was responded after 2 weeks. No re- currences had been noticed durin~ a twelve months followup.
