疑似生殖器疱疹1312例HSV基因检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解海口地区疑似生殖器疱疹患者单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染情况。方法用核酸PCR-荧光探针法对本院1 312例疑似生殖器疱疹患者进行HSV-1/2型基因检测。结果 1 312例疑似生殖器疱疹患者中,HSV-1型阳性22例,阳性率1.68%(22/1 312),HSV-2型阳性621例,阳性率47.33%(621/1 312),单纯疱疹病毒阳性共643例,阳性率49.01%(643/1 312),无合并感染者。643例HSV阳性患者,有典型临床症状(溃疡、结痂、水疱等)426例,占66.25%;无症状217例,占33.75%。HSV-1型阳性率与HSV-2型阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。643例单纯疱疹病毒感染者中,男465例,阳性率49.47%(465/940),女178例,阳性率47.85%(178/372),男女阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海口地区疑似生殖器疱疹患者HSV阳性检出率高,感染有型别差异,以HSV-2为主。无症状HSV感染者占1/3,提示临床应重视对疑似生殖器疱疹患者进行HSV基因检测,避免误诊漏诊。HSV感染率无性别差异。Objective To investigate the situation of patients with genital suspected herpes simplex virus （HSV） infection in HaiKou. Methods Herpes simplex virus （ HSV-1/2 ） was tested by fluorescence quantirative polymerase chain reaction technology （ FQ-PCR ） in 1 312 cases of outpatients. Results The positive rate of 1 312 patients were 1.68% （22/1 312） with HSV-1 and 47.33% （621/1 312） with HSV-2. The total positive rate of HSV infection were 49.01% （643/1 312） . There was significant difference between the positive rate of HSV-1 and HSV-2（P 〈0. 01 ）. The positive rate of HSV in male and female patients were 49. 47% （465/960） and 47.85% （178/372）,respectively. There was no significant difference of the positive detection rate between male and female （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection rate of HSV in the outpatients with suspected genital herpes HSV infection was high in Haikou. The infection rate of different types of HSV was difference, and the main type was HSV-2. The results suggested that we should pay attention to detect HSV in outpatients with suspected genital herpes virus in order to avoid misdiagnosis . There was no difference of HSV infection between male and female.
