中药联合冷喷及贴敷胶原面膜治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价中草药联合离子喷雾仪冷喷和贴敷胶原贴面膜治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的89例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成两组,全部患者外用冷喷喷雾仪冷喷和外敷胶原贴敷料,治疗组还予口服自拟中药方,对照组予口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,治疗8周后判定临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率75.56%,对照组为43.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应较轻微。结论中药联合离子喷雾仪冷喷及胶原贴面膜贴敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效好,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of TCM, cold spray and pastes in the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods Total 89 corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were both given cold spray and pastes. The treated group was given TCM. The control group was treated by levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The treatment continued for 8 successive weeks. Meanwhile, their effective rate was observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 75.56% and the control group was 43. 18% , with significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM, cold spray and pastes has positive effect and safety on corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.
