柔润保湿霜辅助治疗痤疮100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价薇诺娜柔润保湿霜对痤疮的辅助治疗作用。方法在根据病情酌情给予系统药物治疗的基础上,将病人随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在系统用药基础上,外用薇诺娜柔润保湿霜;对照组只进行系统用药治疗,不予以保湿霜处理,比较两组在治疗1周、2周、4周以后痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分、痊愈率、有效率及皮肤生理功能(pH、角质层含水量、油脂含量),以及停止治疗4周后GAGS评分及皮肤生理功能。结果 1 200例纳入病例,177例完成4周治疗,停药4周后155例获得回访;2治疗1,2,4周后,两组的GAGS评分均值较治疗前均下降,治疗组明显低于对照组,前者痊愈率及有效率明显高于后者(P<0.05);两组的pH值逐渐下降、角质层含水量和油脂含量增加,治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05);3治疗结束后4周,治疗组GAGS值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),pH值、角质层含水量、油脂含量治疗组也明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。以上差异均有统计学意义。结论在酌情采用药物治疗基础上,薇诺娜柔润保湿霜对于痤疮的治疗具有一定的辅助作用。Objective To evaluate the adjunctive treatment effect of WINONA Moisture ＆ Softening Cream （ WMSC） for acne. Methods Based on appropriate medicine therapy, the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, on the basis of the system drugs, WMSC for external use as study group, while system drugs alone as control group. Acne comprehensive grading system （GAGS） score, effective power, recovery rate and skin physiological functions index （pH, Hydration, Sebum） were evaluated at the 1,2 and 4 week after the treatment, and GAGS and skin physiological functions index were also evaluated in the 4 weeks after the treatment. Results ①In the 200 cases, 177 cases completed the course of treatment , and 155 cases were followed up in the 4 weeks after the therapy＇s termination; ② After 1, 2 and 4 week＇s treatment, the two groups＇ GAGS both decreased evidently and the study group was significantly lower than those of the control one （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the effective power and recovery rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control one （P 〈 0.05） ; The pH of the two group decreased than those in the therap beginning, and the Hydration, Sebum increased, and all those of skin physical function indices of the group were significantly better than those of the control （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; ③ After 4 weeks of the treatment termination, the GAGS values of the study group were both significantly lower than those of the control （P 〈 0. 05） ,the pH, Hydration, Sebum of the group were significantly better than those of the control （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Based on appropriate medicine therapy, WMSC is an effective adjunctive product for acne.
