钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗小腿顽固性银屑病23例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗双小腿顽固性银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的45例双小腿顽固性银屑病的患者随机分为两组,治疗组(23例)外搽钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏,1次/d;对照组(22例)外搽卡泊三醇软膏,2次/d。两组均共治疗4周。分别于治疗第1,2和4周末时评估疗效及其安全性。结果治疗组在治疗第1,2和4周时的有效率分别为34.78%,60.87%和78.26%,而对照组分别为13.63%,27.27%和45.45%。治疗组和对照组在治疗1周时疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在治疗第2和4周时差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者中均未见严重不良反应。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗双小腿顽固性银屑病起效快、疗效确切、不良反应轻,值得临床选用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of calcipotriene betamethasone ointment in the treatment of refractory psoriasis on lower limbs. Methods Forty-five cases with refractory psoriasis on lower limbs were randomly divided into the treatment group （23 cases） and the control group （22 cases）, and were treated with calcipotriene betamethasone ointment once daily and calcipotriol ointment twice daily, respectively. All patients were followed up in the following 1,2 and 4 weeks to evaluate the effectiveness and the side effects. Results The effectiveness of the treatment group in the end of week 1, 2 and 4 were 34. 78%, 60. 87% and 78.26% respectively, while the control group were 13.63% , 27.27% and 45.45%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the effectiveness between the treatment group and the control group when followed up in the end of week 1. However, the difference was significant when evaluated in the end of week 2 and 4. No severe side effect was seen during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion Calcipotriene betamethasone ointment was an effective and safe topical drug for refractory psoriasis which has a fast action. It could be used as a first-line ootion for localized refractory Dsoriasis.
