润燥止痒胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的120例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,各60例。全部患者每日予枸地氯雷他定8.8mg口服,治疗还予润燥止痒胶囊2g口服,3次/d。两组患者疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组为68.33%,治疗组复发率为16.00%,对照组为52.63%。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效好,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods Total 120 selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each. All patients received oral desloratadine citrate disodium. The patients in treatment group were combined with oral Runzaozhiyang capsule, 2g for 3 times per day. All patients in two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Results The effective rate was 90. 00% in the treatment group and 68.33% in the control group. The recurrence rate was 16. 00% in the treatment group, and 52. 63% in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment on senile skin pruritus have good curative effects and low recurrence rate.
