摘　　要：中部贫困革命老区经济社会稳步发展对于实现区域协调发展理念具有重要意义。在经济社会发展过程中,中部革命老区(贫困地区)在地缘性、劳动力、自然资源和革命作风方面具有明显优势,面临着区域协调发展战略实施、中部崛起及产业梯度转移加速等良好机遇,但同时存着资金积累不足、基础设施落后、收入外部性依赖强、专业人才匮乏等劣势与挑战。据此,在结合其自身条件和外部环境下,本文提出了相应的对策建议。The steady development of poor old revolutionary base areas of central China is very important for the regional harmonious development. In the process of economic and social development, the geographical characteristics, labor, natural resources and the revolutionary style of the old revolutionary base areas （poor areas） of central China have obvious advantages, and the areas also have many good opportunities, for example, the implementation of regional coordinated development strategy, the rise of central China and the acceleration of industrial gradient transfer. But at the same time, there are many disadvantages, such as insufficient fund accumulation, backward infrastructure, income external dependence, and insufficient professional talents. Therefore, based on its condition and external environment, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
