十二运会男子柔道比赛60公斤级“连络技”的技术特点及在比赛中的运用

摘　　要：连络技技术在柔道训练和实战过程中是一种较好的得分技术动作,在训练实战中必须反复的进行单个动作和两个以上技术动作的合理训练,要根据不同的对手和情况必须快速做出反应,成功的运用连络技技术战胜对方取得比赛胜利。运用文献资料、专家访谈、观察和数理统计等方法,通过现场观看十二运会男子柔道60公斤级比赛与录像、翻阅大量文献资料,对柔道"连络技"在比赛中的运用情况及其特点进行统计分析,结果显示柔道连络技术具有"力量大、速度快、动作变化多、隐蔽性强"等特点,这三种形式的连络技术发展不平衡是影响运动员成绩的主要原因。Two or more union skills are good scoring techniques in judo training and actual combat process. One single action or more than two technical movements must be repeated in practice and quick response must be made according to different opponents and circumstances. With the methods of literature review,expert interview,video observation and mathematical statistics,a statistical analysis was carried on the application of judo union technique in the game and the results show that judo union technique has the characteristics of“ strength, speed,motion changes,strong concealment”,and the imbalance of union technique is the main reason that affects the performance of athletes.
