摘　　要：体育公共服务既是城乡小文化广场公共服务的重要内容,又是现代城乡公共服务体系建设中的重点和难点问题。依据城乡小文化广场体育公共服务的内涵,提出城乡小文化广场体育公共服务体系的构建原则、框架以及建立管理、文化导向、政策支持、投资运行、文化供给等机制的发展策略,并提出制定广场公共服务规范、质量标准、加大体育基础设施的建议,以期促进城乡小文化小广场体育文化的可持续发展。Sports public service is not only the important part of public services in urban and rural small cultural squares,but also the important and difficult problem in the construction of modern urban and rural public service system. Based on the connotation of urban and rural small cultural square sports public service,this paper puts forward the construction principles and frame the public service system as well as the strategy of management,cultural guidance, policy support, investment operation and cultural supply, and makes suggestions on establishing specifications and standards for square public service and strengthening the sports infrastructure construction so as to promote the sustainable development of the sports culture of urban and rural small cultural squares.
